Salvatore Sutera

CEO - Director / Writer / Producer 

Born and raised in an Ecuadorian/Italian household in Northern New Jersey, Salvatore E. Sutera began working in independent film, quickly rising through the ranks and venturing into television. At the young age of 23, he joined the Directors Guild of America and successfully became one of the youngest working Assistant Directors in New York City. His success continued onto Film & TV projects such as “Curb Your Enthusiasm”, “The Adjustment Bureau”, “Boardwalk Empire”, and “Elementary” to name a few. For his contribution as a member of Martin Scorsese’s directorial AD team, he was awarded the 2010 DGA Award for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in a Dramatic Series for HBO's “Boardwalk Empire”. He was also an Associate Producer for his work on a Kiefer Sutherland web series entitled “The Confession”.  Now residing in Los Angeles, Salvatore has continued to work on critically acclaimed projects such as Netflix's "Mindhunter", HBO’s “Perry Mason”, Paramount Network’s “Yellowstone”, and most recently HBO’s “Winning Time: Rise of the Lakers Dynasty” as he transitions to the Director/Writer/Producer stage of his career. As a proud Latino and Son of immigrant parents, Salvatore believes that the industry is just scratching the surface of creating high-quality diverse storytelling. He hopes to bring all he's learned through his many years of premium filmmaking to create diverse, universally entertaining Film & Television productions.
